Nebraska Probate Form 301b - Demand For Bond

WHEN TO USE THE FORM: A creditor, devisee, heir, or other interested person who has an interest in the estate of a Decedent worth more than $1,000 and who demands the Personal Representative give bond is required to file the Demand with the Registrar of County Court and is required to serve a copy upon the Personal Representative if one has already been appointed.

HOW TO USE THE FORM: Use as printed.

1. Complete original Demand and file with County Court.
2. Mail completed copy of Demand to the Personal Representative.

WHEN NOT TO USE THE FORM: Do not use if the Personal Representative has already given Bond.
