WHEN TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be used when a domiciliary foreign Personal Representative desires to exercise all powers of a local Personal Representative over the assets of a non-resident Decedent located in Nebraska in accordance with Nebraska Probate Code § 30-2505.
HOW TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be filed in the County Court of the County in Nebraska where the non-resident Decedent's property is located together with authenticated copies of appointment and any official bond given in connection therewith. This form may only be used if there is no local administration or application for local administration pending.
