FULL NAME OF FORM: Affidavit For Collection Of Assets By Domiciliary Foreign Personal Representative
WHEN TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be used when a domiciliary foreign Personal Representative desires to collect and receive possession of debts owed to or personal property belonging to a Decedent not a resident of Nebraska from a person or entity in Nebraska in accordance with Nebraska Probate Code § 30-2502.
HOW TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be delivered to the debtor or person in possession or control of personal property belonging to a non-resident Decedent together with proof of appointment at least sixty (60) days after date of death to enable the domiciliary foreign Personal Representative to collect the same. This form may only be used if no local administration or application for local administration is pending.
