WHEN TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be used as the order pursuant to the petition for supervised administration, Form 250, in formal proceedings where testacy and appointment have been previously adjudicated.
HOW TO USE THIS FORM: This form should be filed with the Court.
WHEN NOT TO USE THIS FORM:
- This form may not be used when testacy of the Decedent and the priority and qualification of the Personal Representative have not been previously adjudicated.
- Do not use in informal proceedings because neither testacy nor appointment of the Personal Representative have been adjudicated.
COMMENTS: Nebraska Probate Code § 30-2440 sets out the findings which the Court must make in the Order. If there is a variance, a specially drafted form should be used.
