WHEN TO USE THIS FORM: Use this form when necessary to protect the estate of a Decedent prior to the appointment of a general Personal Representative or if a prior appointment has been terminated due to death or disability as provided in Nebraska Probate Code § 30-2452.
WHEN NOT TO USE THIS FORM: Do not use this form when:
